I am HUGE bookworm. Books=life, books=love. I LOVE books. Okay, now that I've made that clear, I'm curious to see what some of you are currently reading.
I am reading (well, rereading) A Companion to Wolves by Sarah Monette and Elizabeth Bear.
Here is how one review summarizes it (just so I don't have to type it out. xD ):
"In a culture in which villages are protected by men bonded to giant telepathic wolves that constitute the key line of defense against trolls, who come from the north and leave devastation in their wake, those wolf-brethren are respected—and used as bogeys to scare misbehaving children. Njall, a jarl's son and heir, is chosen to fill his family's duty to the wolfheall. He goes, despite his father's disapproval, because the wolfheall is the only thing standing between his people and death. Chosen by a trellwolf bitch, he enters into the strange, brutal, ultimately fascinating world of the wolf-brethren. Monette and Bear pull no punches, neither with violence or sex. The world they depict is fraught with a sense of wonder rare even in fantasy, also with the traumatic aura of a place where nearly every custom is foreign. They have taken one of the most escapist of fantasy subgenres, in which humans and animals meld, and turned it into something powerful and surprisingly deeply human; certainly, both human and wolf politics play magnificently well.
I am also curious as to if anyone else has read it. Yeah. ^_^

The best book I've ever read is hands down, The Outsiders. The worst? Twilight. I hated it and I hated New Moon.

I'm reading The Sight by David Clement-Davies, Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and Raven's Gate by Anthony Horowitz. Well I keep skipping around when I get bored of one, because I've read them before. xD
All very good books though.

Wow. I can't remember when I last read the Outsiders. I think I was 12 or so, but yes its a pretty good book. ^_^ I had trouble getting into Twilight when the book first came out, but I just read all of them about a month ago. Not my faves, but I didn't hate them. Lol. flOam, I love The Sight. If you haven't, you need to read Firebringer by David Clement-Davies as well. You will not be disappointed. I haven't ready any of the Narnia books, nor have I read Raven's Gate, but I shall look into it.

Same, I've read it a few times and it's so sad. And yes! I just read Firebringer again after a few years. He's a good writer, though I wasn't impressed with The Sight sequel. Humans are not his strong point. xD
Narnia books are really good, symbolic too. The movies are more... epic though. x) And Raven's Gate is the first in a series, also cool. [:

I'm currently reading The Time Machine by HG Wells for when my mum steals the computer from me and The Old Curiousity Shop by Charles Dickens for every other time I can read (I'm up to pg 480ish out of 700ish). I need to read To Kill a Mockingbird soon though, but I keep procrastinating with other books

I haven't read The Sight sequel. It's called Fell, right? I think I tried reading it when it first came out, but I never bought it. The Narnia movies are very awesome, I enjoy them and I've read a bit about the symbolism. I have a gift card to Barns and Noble that I need to spend, so perhaps I will finally read the Narnia chronicles. Shimmer, I haven't read The Time Machine or The Old Curiosity Shop, but I love To Kill A Mockingbird! ^_^

Yeah it's called Fell, it actually kind of ruined my original love for the first book which is a bummer. D| And yes you should! They're fun to read; the first one's my favorite. ^^.
To Kill A Mockingbird <3 A book I read last year in school and really liked. [:

I got a bit bored with the Twilight books, and couldn't be bothered to read another book by Meyer >.>
My favourite book is The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Best. Ending. EVER.
I can barely wait to read To Kill a Mockingbird though, I'm forcing myself to finish my current readings first xD

right now... Looking For Alaska by John Green, Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe, and Life Is So Good by George Dawson [you've gotta fucking read these books - specially the last. Dawson didn't learn to read until he was, like, 98 and managed to pump out a book before he died at 103]

I loved Prisoner of Azkaban! After that, the books got to long so I gave up. I still read Nancy Drew, because I really love mystery books that get your mind working with the characters. I like horror genre books as well.

Yeah, I really got into Harry Potter. Good stuff. ^_^ I've probably read each book twice and a few of them three times. I haven't r-read Deathly Hallows yet, though. I will eventually.
