HTML Apps

Is there an application board for HTML? All I saw were ones for Image finders & Manippers.

I wasn't sure if you had to apply to be on HTML, of if you could just take orders, so I figured I would ask <3

I think that because we don't get a mass-load of orders, it's basically just the one person. But, I was wondering about that too, as I have experience in coding and such..
Zo? do we just pick 'em up as they come or.. is Larka the only one allowed to do it
