Okay, well I am unsure if it is even possible, but if anyone has any idea of how to colorize a horse(change the color of his coat) on paint shop pro I would greatly appreciated.

Mkay hon, I'm still working on this and am making a tutorial for it soon (maybe tomorrow) but I'll try and give you a text version ;P
Right now all I've found to colorize is from black to bay. Get a black horse and cut all of it out so that it is on a transparent background. Then go around and select the edges of the horse (use the lasso tool for this, with edge seeker) except for the mane and tail! (I) then make a duplicate layer of the horse and hide it in case I mess up! Then go to Adjust>Hue&Saturation>Colorize. Then a menu will pop up. You will have to play around with the adjustments as is depends on the horse you want to colorize; I cannot give you exact numbers! Play around with the red/orange areas and decrease the saturation to somewhere around "40" or whatever works for your image.
Again, I will be making a tutorial on this shortly

Thank you so much! I'll try this and hopefully I won't fail terribly. I wish corel had the abilities of photoshop at the same price that it always is. It would just make life better XD

I hope it helps! It doesn't look super great but if you play around with dodge/burn/layer styles it might look okay lol. Haha yeah, I know! PSP is so much more simple and "clean" but doesn't have all the fancy stuff XD
