Answer: If the images are marked as stock, or don't block download etc then they can be used as stock; however you should still note the person asking whether or not you can use the images.
2.) Are all images from www.DeviantART.com available to a personalizer’s use? Explain why not if you answer no.
Answer: No, only the ones marked as stock by the artist, or with permission from the artist, and you must follow the stock rules provided.
3.) Will you be able to fill at least 2 orders a month here at Imagine That?
Answer: Yes ^^
