Those of you have been long term members will probably notice,
Yes sir it sure has. Me and TheZombie had a nice long talk ( that was at least 1 hour long ) in art class today at school, and we decided, WELL - it was time for some changes.
The organization system we had going before was nice but this one should work out much, much better. Things should be easier to find and the boards won't be as cluttered.
Let me explain about what we have done.
ADMINISTRATION CATEGORY
1.] The old 'Post Archive' board that used to be here has been moved to it's new place under 'Imagine That Extras'.
2.] 'Suggestions, Questions and Complaints' has also been moved to 'Imagine That Extras'. It was not getting much attention and we think it would be better off in this new category.
APPLICATIONS
1.] This whole category, and all the boards in it have been kept the same. No changes made.
*The Application templates have been UPDATED. Just a little FYI.
REQUEST CENTER
1.] Personalizers, and customers you may notice the pick up board is gone. Yeah that's true but if you look under the request boards you'll notice a sub-board under each labeled 'Pick Up'. This is where all images when finished need to go to be picked up.
2.] The old sub-board for finished requests has also been moved. No it's not under each request board like the new pick up boards; we have moved all of them to a nice new archive under 'Imagine That Extras'.
RESOURCE CENTER
1.] This category has meshed 3 old categories together. Aren't we great? I think so. The Stock Share, Coding Center, and Workshop categories we used to have are now all in one great new category.
2.] Under the 'Stock & Find' board you do everything you used to do under the old 'Stock Share' category. Image Finders this is your new board. PAY ATTENTION TO IT.
3.] Under the 'Coding Corner' board you do everything you used to do under the old 'Coding Center' category. Code Designers this is your new board. PAY ATTENTION TO IT.
IMAGINE THAT EXTRAS
1.] This used to be our so called 'General Chat' category. It's not been made into a bigger better place. We've re-ordered the boards in a way that they make more sense, and we have added 2 new editions - 'Imagine That Archive' and 'Suggestions, Question and Complaints'.
2.] Under the 'Imagine That Archive' board you'll see we have a new sub-board for each category of the board. We will move bulk amounts of threads here monthly. So after the month of February is up we will move all the old Janauary threads into their respected sub-boards depending on their old categories, and so on.
3.] Under the 'Suggestions, Question and Complaints' treat it the same as you did before. There has been nothing changed about it other then it has been switched to a new category.
MONTHLY EVENTS
1.] Due to many people asking about having more contests, and Zodiac officially feeling guilty now about picking the 'Of The Month' winners for 2 straight months without any members say we have made 2 new boards.
2.] Under 'The Featured' board you will notice that half way through every month there will be threads held for the following month's 'Of The Month' elections. We expect members to put their say in, and elect people, if not, we will go back to the old ways.
3.] Under the 'Contests' board we have added 2 new sub-boards. One for small monthly contests, and another for bigger contests that only happen a few times a year. We hope EVERYONE will pay attention to this boards and join in on the fun. Great prizes will be awarded with each contest.
