I was wondering if we had to request a full image. I have an image that I have made and I like. I just need help with a small element of it. Is there any way an artist could help me finish the manip that I have started?

I'm not entirely sure but I don't see why not.. I mean I
would probably put it in the "Other Request" board and
make sure you put that you're just wanting a bit of help
on something..
Other admins feel free to come and correct me.. xD
