Kyouryoko Hill. A mystical and ominous place known to contain the Ultimate Power within it. A powerful and malevolent woman came across the hill, as well as notice the source of energy hidden by the soil beneath her. Her name was Fuzenakki. Just before she could have her chance to extract the conceiled power, another lady appeared. The feme was Fuzenakki's younger sister, Tenshirarpu - the opposite of her older sibling; caring and merciful. With her sudden appearance, Fuzenakki's plans of obtaining the Ultimate Power were hindered, but not stopped.

Tenshirarpu refused all offers of compliance with her sister, she could never let Fuzenakki have control of the Ultimate Power - even if she lost her life for it. Angered, Fuzenakki lunged at Tenshirarpu, whom acted quickly to protect herself and the well being of Kyouryoko Hill by sealing Fuzenakki into the hill. But to ensure that Fuzenakki remained dormant, Tenshirarpu had to seal herself within also.

While under concealment, Fuzenakki tried and tried to escape. When she finally did, it was with the cost of her body. She fled the hill, a mere tainted spirit. With no form to use her powers with, Fuzenakki cast them to selected people across the world, those who craved for bloodshed and carnage. Whoever possessed these powers became known as the Horrid. Her most treasured power she gave to her daughter, deeming her has the Leader of the Horrid.

Tenshirarpu, in sake of continuing to protect Kyouryoko Hill, stayed within it. Knowing her sister's intentions, she released her powers as well to those she trusted to follow her and share her view of standing in the Horrid's path of world domination, with the use of the Ultimate Power. Allegiance was the title bestowed upon thoses who were given one of Tenshirarpu's powers. Her daughter became the Leader of the Allegiance once she recieved her mother's most cherished power.

Now, one-hundred years later, the two forces are still at each other's necks. The leader status passed down from mother to her eldest daughter. Each generation different, same objective. Koiyuki Hashimoto is the current leader of the Allegiance, opposing her distant cousin, Senka Kengen, the Horrid Leader. The Horrid still has yet to acquire dominance of Kyouryoko Hill in order to take ahold the Ultimate Power.
