I was just in my high school's theatre production. I have ADHD and have worn glasses so long they're now a part of my personality. Hmm... I'm going to say trials for this one. It seems like you smudge a tad bit too much for the sharp backgrounds. While that looks nice on a dreamy background, it's not always the best to smudge a lot on sharp backgrounds.

And... in a couple, it looks like the horse is floating. Like in 'you hold me down'. I do, however, absolutely LOVE your blending with the grass in the 'Secret Solstice', 'Phantasma' and 'risque'

And your colourizing and lighting in 'and you belong with me' look great!

Howver, I'm going to wait for Zo and/or TheZombie to say whether they just want you to be accepted or to go to trials, since I'm a bit iffy. You have points that could be improved upon, as we all do, but then you have points that are WAY out of my league to judge. =)

Haw, just 'cause you're dedicated and willing to try and improve, I'm gonna say accepted.
(Well, I don't mean 'just 'cause', you HAVE improved, I love the matching colours in Clementine. Maybe lower the opacity on the shadow a titch, but it's not that big a deal)

Oh, and, by the way, Zodiac wrote a tutorial for another person in trials before, and I thought maybe you could practice it a bit and see if it helps?

I love being able to experiment with new techniques and styles, especially because there are so many great resources on the e-webs.
Hehe, manes and tails are a bit of a tough spot for me, and that tutorial looks like it might help a whole bunch! I aim on getting a tablet soon, so that will open up tons more possibilities for me to improve my manipulation skills.
