New Member Groups

Okay, I'm not sure if this has been said before, but I was thinking that maybe there should be a new member group. It would be for people who are new to designing graphics, and may still want to request something, but also may want to take simple requests and learn some more about making banners and such? And then, maybe they could be assigned a mentor or something like that. I think that'd be cool ^.^

If you have a better idea that adds onto or changes mine, please share!
