Academy?

So way back when... (like four years ago), there use to be an Academy called No Rain Academy. They taught image cutting etc. Anyone know of anything like that currently? I learn a whole lot better when I have someone assessing my work. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could point me in the right direction of where I could find something like this.

Once we hit the mark of around 100 members I was going to add an academy to Imagine That. Where people could apply to be teachers, and you could sign up as a student, and ect.
