[ `ABOUT YOU! ]
Name: Zero Age: 15 Contacts: xzeroxstrifex.deviantart.com A Little Bit About You: I'm a bit of an obsessive, and I generally tend to stalk the sites that I'm on. I'm currently a sophomore in high school, and while my workload's kind of heavy due to AP classes, I generally try to get things done within a couple of days of claiming them. I love photoshop. It's my soulmate, and I work best with canines and felines, but I also do equine images. Why You Want To Work Here: Quite honestly, because I've heard that this place is the best, and I believe it can help me improve my own work. How You Found Us: I'm not quite sure I remember. I believe I was talking to Seija of Trailing Thought and she mentioned this place. Any Questions: Not much.
[ `ABOUT THE IMAGES! ]
Experience: Two-ish years. Program: Adobe Photoshop Elements 6, a bit of Paint.NET on the side for minor edits. Have You Worked Anywhere Else? If So, Where?: Trailing Thought, Essential Designs; and I occasionally pick up a request or two on RPGC. Website/Gallery: xzeroxstrifex.deviantart.com/ Which Images You Will Be Working With: Preferably canine and feline, but I also do equine and human. Your Style: Generally, I find myself working with canines and felines of the wilder variety. I enjoy adding a fantastic element to wolves and wild cats. My work tends to be a bit on the dark side, and I love using textures and brushes to enhance the images. Text-wise, I tend to be very symmetrical, and I will usually cluster my main and sub text together. I hate it when the texts fly everywhere and take away from the image itself.
2+ Cutting Examples: Unsmudged Smudged 5+ Completed Personalized Pictures: One Two Three Four Five Six Seven
2+ Examples Of Best Colorizing & Blending: Blending Blending Recoloring This is not a finished work, but it is the only example of an obvious recolor I have on hand. It was for a fantasy big-cat site. If you would like to see a finished work, I could whip something up.
Quiz Questions:
1.) Can you use images off of www.flickr.com? If so what’s the proper etiquette to use images from there? Answer: Yes, if the image is under a creative commons license, is stock, or you obtain special permission from the owner. You must also give proper credit to the source. 2.) Are all images from www.DeviantART.com available to a personalizer’s use? Explain why not if you answer no. Answer: No because they are the work of other people, and I mean, it would tick me off if someone grabbed something I worked hard on, slapped some text on it and called it their own. However, if the image is designated ‘stock’ or you obtain special, written permission from the artist, and credit properly in the image or artist comments, you should be able to use them. 3.) Will you be able to fill at least 2 orders a month here at Imagine That? Answer: Yes

ACCEPTED. <3 Like Twiil said, some of your images could use some work. Everything I had to say she said. You have great ideas and pay attention to realism. :3 In other words, you rock! The only think I really notice that Twiil didn't mention is that theres a small white, or bright blur line separating you cut from the image. Not sure what that is, or where the hell it comes from. "For Zero's Application, I'm thinking yes. Zero's cutting is nice and clean, and she pays close attention to certain details. Parts of her smudging make the image a little blurry, but I think it may have been the stock image that was blurry in the first place. She might need to practice her mane and tail smudging a bit more and use some tinier brushes for it, but it's nothing she can't work on. She's good at blending, and I love her dog images. Her equines could use a bit of work, but it's not like 'OMG UGLY EW'. She has some really cool ideas for her images, and pays attention to how things would look in reality, such as the splashes in her tiger picture." - Twiil

Awesome. x3 I'll keep what you guys said in mind, and I know I need to work a lot on tail smudging, especially on horses and whatnot.
