So, done in Gimp and Paint Shop Pro. Took about three hours or so, and I got lazy with the text. I know I messed up with the smudging of the mane and the Opacity of the text, so don't tell me anything I already am aware of.
All in all, it's my favorite and my best, because I didn't try to do any rain (For The Record, I -always- Try doing Rain.) or using a lightning brush.
Critique my skills and help me improve, maybe?
