I like the colours and the sky looks great! the horse looks good but i tihnk the forground is maybe a bit too blurry? i dont know

I agree with Jessy. Its too blurry and pixeled. I like the ribs. Good stock I guess. There is something off in the face though. It looks boxy. And the eye seems to be...malformed.
I notice you used a fade technique for the hooves, the horses leg disappears into transparency unfortunately. Also the mane is too feathery and monotone. Using slightly harder brushes you can give more form and 'hair' look the mane. The Tail is too strandish. Using smaller brushes and zooming would help.
The overall picture tries to effort flow but doesn't quite achieve it. If you add a light gradient going orange/yellow/bright to blue/navy/purple/dark onto the ground it would be more realistic and correspond with the sky lighting. The lights (pink and blue) that are around the horse should reflect onto the horses short fur too.
Also, choose better stock in the future with big resolution and sharp clear images. An entire image can be ruined from a bad one.
