lol hm.. im interested to see how I can make this image better. Im still like... a newbie to graphic designing, you should see my skinning PHEW am I good. Well. I really love the colour scheme, but if you look at the flowers on the right, they are a bit harsh and pixeled, and sometimes they overlap oldly and that doesn't really help the image. The girl's clothing is a bit complicated and distracts you from the main part of the image, wich shoud be the text or the Girl's face. From what I know of Anime the eyes should be the main part of the face and this image really acomplishes that. At first glance, you can hardly see the same bits that aren't perfect, so overall, this is a very good image.
