Few errors I see at a glance:
Cant change the damn sky,didn't save the PSD. CUZ IM A TARD.
Sticks out like a sore thumb.

Lion isn't wet looking. :/ Never learned how to do it.
I need water spots and drops reflecting off of him. No fucking idea how to do it. I SUCK. :3 <3

The water...isnt right. It like...disappears at the lion.
IT TOTALLY DOESNT COME OF THE STATUE RIGHT.
It used to. Till I added effects and now its just woooord.

UH Then theres the issues of the cliffs blending. I got pretty lazy so i just used transparency blending.

HOKAY.

To make the lion look wettish.. use your burn tool <3 Just don't do it too much or you'll have a black lion xD <3
