Use smaller strands of grass near the hooves so it will blend better.
Also, mind what perpestic on pictures you use.
The horses angle is taken from down to upwards, however the tree is straight on.
I like the idea of the light coming through the clouds, its nice.
The tail isn't terrible either.

This isn't bad at all!
You need to have confidence.
The tree looks a bit odd and thin at places.
&&I would make the bird a bit smaller.
