Once upon a time, every horse in Nequam was just your plain everyday bay, or chestnut, along with the occasional greys and blacks. But that was long before the gods intervened… since then, things have never been the same.
There were four herds that were set apart from the rest, four herds that begged to be different, who were willing to give up everything for that one shot at originality. Well, the gods heard their plea, and their wish was granted…but at what cost?
Their new bodies were colored, some with various patterns and multiple hues, and magic was flowing throughout them, the very elements under their control. Most of their internal organs ceased function, and were no longer necessary. No longer did they need to feed, or satisfy their thirst, though the will to do so remained. Now they could live forever, unless serious damage was done to their new bodies. Now they could no longer breed, nor did they desire to. They were as perfect as they could ever be, but was it worth it? That is for you to decide…
Join under any of the four herds you desire, become a water, fire, earth, or air elemental, and create your own destiny.
